I’ve proudly served as a State Farm agent since 2006, after spending 15 years in the music industry as a record label executive. I graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills, have been married for 30 years, and am the proud parent of two grown kids — a 23-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter. As a 30-year resident of Culver City, this community means a lot to me, and I’ve spent many years giving back through leadership and volunteer work. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the Culver City Chamber of Commerce, been a Director on the Culver City Education Foundation, sponsored and participated in the Culver City Car Show, and supported countless local school and charity events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Church - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
