Qualifications:

A zest for life and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points if you have additional education or relevant certifications in insurance or customer service!
Previous experience working in a State Farm agency will make you stand out from the crowd.
Being fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) will give you the edge when helping our Spanish speaking customers.
